Duval Glass & Mirror Inc. Return Policy
At Duval Glass, we want to provide a fair and equitable policy for our online customers. We have established the following guidelines for the return of an item ordered from our website.
Up to 30 Days
NO FAULT RETURN POLICY. Duval Glass and Mirror Inc. will not charge a handling charge for the return of undamaged merchandise (stock items only). No shipping charge credit allowed.
31 – 90 Days
All returns must be authorized by the eCommerce Manager. 20% restocking charge on items returned. No shipping charge credit allowed.
No merchandise will be considered for return after 90 days from date of purchase, nor will a credit be issued if merchandise has been damaged through abuse, carelessness or neglect.
Returns due to Duval Glass & Mirror Inc. error
Any returns to Duval Glass & Mirror Inc. due to an error on our part must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. No restocking charge will be applied to the customer, unless the merchandise has been held by the customer over 30 days, or has been used or damaged by the customer. All returns over 30 days are subject to the approval of the eCommerce Manager.
